The ISG Instructor Certification process is for those motivated individuals interested in a force multiplier role within ISG. Motivated individuals will be selected based upon performance and experience within ISG. Candidates will be examined on the ISG curriculum, written and physical, with emphasis placed upon practical demonstration and teaching skills. Instructors will progress through the Status Levels and be promoted accordingly.

These motivated few, upon completion, will be certified to instruct ISG curriculum and be eligible to be further certified in more advanced areas such as: Firearms, Impact Weapons, Chemical & Organic Defense Sprays, Edged Weapons and more. As members of the ISG Cadre, they will be presented with many opportunities, including professional compensation.

The Status Levels posted below are the standard for ISG. As our program is ever changing to adapt to our unpredictable society, some curriculum is subject to change and will evolve with current events. Instructors will be re-certified regularly to assure that the Cadre is current and familiar with updates and new training methods. Our goal is to provide the "sharpest tip to the spear" by having a well prepared and knowledgeable Cadre.
